The John Tower Awards are presented anually to non-volunteer alumni. The Award shall recognize Brothers who bring great honor to Kappa Sigma Fraternity, whether it is through service to his community, outstanding career work, or other achievements.

Awards are selected by the Supreme Executive Committee and announced by November 1 of each year in order to have plaques available by December 10th Founders' Day Celebrations.
